1. Who is the Data Controller?

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), the data controller is registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry with number 432477 and is located at Orta 
Mahalle Şirin Sokak No.5 Kat.3 D.5-6 34030 Bayrampaşa, Istanbul Turkey. Nokta Bilgisayar Sistemleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”).

2. What is Personal Data?

Within the scope of the KVK Law, personal data includes all kinds of information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person (Personal Data) and a special type of Personal Data, 
such as race, ethnic origin, political thought, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other personal data. It refers to your data regarding beliefs, appearance and clothing, association, foundation 
or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as your biometric and genetic data (“Special Personal Data”).

3. What is the Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data?

Your personal data is collected in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, in line with the purposes specified in this General Information Text, in order to be able to offer the products 
and services we offer by the Company within the determined legal framework and, in this context, to ensure that our Company can fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal 
responsibilities.

4. What is the Collection Method of Your Personal Data?

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product or commercial activity provided by our Company; It can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or 
non-automatic methods, call center, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means.

5. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Your collected personal data is carried out by our company and its units to make you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, the products and services offered by 
our Company are customized and recommended to you according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, your personal data is analyzed by our Company and special advertisements, 
campaigns and other services are carried out for you. offering benefits, sending commercial electronic messages in line with your permission preferences, sending mail, survey and telesales 
applications, performing statistical analyses, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the people who have business relations with our Company, determining and 
implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies and adhering to our Company's human resources policies. It will be processed within the personal data processing conditions 
and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law for the purposes of ensuring its implementation.

6. To whom and for what purpose can we transfer your personal data?

Your collected personal data; Our business units carry out the necessary work to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, the products and services offered 
by our Company are customized and recommended according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, our Company analyzes them and offers you special advertisements, campaigns and 
other benefits, your permission preferences are sending commercial electronic messages, sending mail, survey and telesales applications, reporting and evaluating your shopping data, 
making statistical analyses, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the people who have business relations with our Company, determining and implementing our 
Company's commercial and business strategies and our Company's human resources It may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions 
and private individuals for the purposes of ensuring the execution of policies, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of 
the KVK Law. Your personal data may be kept domestically or transferred abroad to achieve the above-mentioned purposes by taking the necessary security measures.

7. What are your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law as a Data Owner?

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below, our Company will finalize your request free of charge within 
thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

* Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
* Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
* Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
* Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
* Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties 
to whom personal data has been transferred,
* Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the 
KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
* Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
* In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to request compensation for the damage.

In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods 
determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, in accordance with the KVK Law.

In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your application in writing to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.

In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can personally submit your request to the address " Nokta Bilgisayar Sistemleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Nokta CLOUD) 
Orta Mahalle Şirin Sokak No.5 Kat.3 D.5-6 34030 Bayrampaşa, İstanbul - Turkey" along with identification documents and /or you can send it via registered mail, notary and/or other 
methods specified in the KVK Law.
