CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. This document contains the cancellation and refund conditions regarding sales made by Nokta Bilgisayar Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as NoktaCloud) 
through its domain name www.noktacloud.com.tr. 2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale
and delivery of the products they purchase. 3. Products purchased on Noktacloud.com.tr may or may not be canceled and refunded within the periods specified in this policy, depending on their type. Cancellation and refund conditions
are stated in the following articles. 4. Contract date for this Return Policy means the date of purchase of a product or service processed by Nokta Bilgisayar Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi pursuant to the applicable
product or service contract. 5. Cancellation and refund are only available for new purchases, no cancellation or refund for renewals and upgrades. 6. The time periods during which products can be canceled according to their purchase period are as follows: Annual Purchases (Contracts of one year or more): Within 15 days from the contract date Monthly Purchases (All purchases less than a year old) Within 72 hours from the contract date for servers For other returnable products, within 48 hours from the contract date 7. Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer cannot be canceled and the customer cannot
request a refund in such contracts. The products in this scope are as follows: Domain names (registration and renewal) All third party licenses SSL and security products Server products (subject to special return policies) 8. For products and services for which a refund is requested within the scope of a refund, the price of services and products provided to customers as gifts within the scope of the campaign
and performed immediately will not be refunded. Refunds are made by deducting the cost of gift products from the total product return cost.

9. In cases where the domain name transfer cannot be completed for various reasons, a "passcode" is generated that gives the customer the right to purchase a domain name.

10. Customers can receive their refunds as a refund to the payment method or by loading the balance to the virtual card.
